1. Shipping Destination & Costs

We currently ship primarily within the United States. We offer Free Shipping on all orders, with no hidden fees added at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1 - 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) for processing, quality assurance, and packaging before they are dispatched. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, the estimated transit time is 7 - 14 business days. The total estimated delivery window from the moment you place your order is 8 - 17 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier issues, or peak holiday volumes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 1 - 3 business days for the tracking status to update on the carrier's website.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email support@vorelix.shop within 1 - 2 hours of placing it. Once the order enters the processing phase, we can no longer guarantee changes or cancellations.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Applicable US state sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. For any potential international deliveries, the customer is fully responsible for all import duties, customs, or taxes incurred.
